Description

Guided by our massaro (the traditional farm host), you will be welcomed into an authentic hands-on experience where you will quite literally get your hands in the dough.

Using semolina flour, water, and just the right pinch of salt, you will learn how to prepare fresh pasta from scratch and shape some of the most iconic Apulian specialties: the famous Orecchiette, the playful Cavatelli, and the rustic Strascinate.

As you work the dough and shape each piece of pasta, the experience will be enriched with stories about the different varieties of wheat grown at the farm, along with charming anecdotes about local traditions, rural life, and the history of the region.

And of course, no Apulian experience would be complete without a good glass of local wine, served throughout the activity to warm the heart, spark creativity, and celebrate the joy of sharing food together.

An authentic moment of tradition, learning, and conviviality in the beautiful countryside of Puglia.
