DAY 1: ITALY – ISTANBUL<\/strong>
Arrival at Istanbul Airport (IST or SAW). After passport control and baggage claim, meet the local assistant outside the terminal and transfer to the hotel. Dinner at leisure and overnight stay.<\/p>\n

DAY 2: ISTANBUL<\/strong>
Breakfast at the hotel. Free day or optional participation in the Classical Istanbul & Bosphorus Tour. Visit the ancient Hippodrome, the Obelisks, and the Sultan Ahmet Mosque, better known as the Blue Mosque. Continue with a visit to the Basilica Cistern, built in the 6th century during the reign of Emperor Justinian I. Lunch at a local restaurant. Visit Topkapi Palace, including the Harem section, the former residence of the Ottoman Sultans. Continue with an exterior visit of Hagia Sophia and free time at the Grand Bazaar. Optional Bosphorus mini-cruise available. Return to the hotel. Dinner at leisure and overnight stay.<\/p>\n

DAY 3: ISTANBUL – ANKARA – CAPPADOCIA<\/strong>
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure for Ankara via the Eurasia Bridge, famous for its spectacular views. Arrival in Turkey’s capital city and lunch at a local restaurant. Continue to Cappadocia. Arrival at the hotel in the late afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay. Optional Whirling Dervishes performance after dinner.<\/p>\n

DAY 4: CAPPADOCIA<\/strong>
Optional hot-air balloon excursion at sunrise to admire the spectacular landscapes of Cappadocia from above. Breakfast at the hotel. Visit the Göreme Open-Air Museum, Devrent Valley, and a local cooperative specializing in the production of traditional Turkish carpets. Lunch at a local restaurant. Visit one of Cappadocia’s fascinating underground cities and the citadel of Uçhisar. Stop at a workshop specializing in precious stones, gold, and silver craftsmanship. Return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay. Optional Turkish folklore evening available.<\/p>\n

DAY 5: CAPPADOCIA – PAMUKKALE<\/strong>
Optional Jeep Safari excursion through the valleys of Cappadocia. Breakfast at the hotel and departure for Pamukkale through beautiful mountain landscapes. Visit an ancient Seljuk Caravanserai along the route. Lunch during the journey. Arrival in Pamukkale and visit the ancient city of Hierapolis and the famous white travertine terraces formed by thermal waters over thousands of years. Check-in at the hotel. Opportunity to enjoy the hotel’s thermal pool facilities. Dinner and overnight stay.<\/p>\n

DAY 6: PAMUKKALE – EPHESUS – IZMIR<\/strong>
Breakfast at the hotel and departure for Ephesus. Guided visit of the ancient city, including the Odeon, Curetes Street, the Library of Celsus, Marble Street, the Agora, and the Great Theatre. Lunch at a local restaurant. Continue to Izmir with a stop at a local leather workshop for a brief presentation of traditional craftsmanship. Arrival at the hotel, check-in, dinner, and overnight stay.<\/p>\n

DAY 7: IZMIR – BURSA – ISTANBUL<\/strong>
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure for Istanbul via Bursa, the first capital of the Ottoman Empire. Visit the Grand Mosque and the Green Mosque, renowned for its beautiful Iznik tile decorations. Lunch at a local restaurant. Cross the Osmangazi Bridge and continue to Istanbul. Arrival at the hotel, check-in, dinner, and overnight stay.<\/p>\n

DAY 8: ISTANBUL – ITALY<\/strong>
