The tour begins with a relaxing walk through the vineyards of the historic “brolo” surrounding Palazzo Montanari and the Villa. Here, the grapes used to produce the estate’s classic Valpolicella wines and the olives for its extra virgin olive oil are carefully cultivated.
The experience continues with a guided visit to the Villa, one of the oldest historic residences in the Valpolicella region. Guests will enjoy a journey through the history, culture, and traditions that have shaped this renowned wine-producing area.
At the end of the tour, you will be welcomed under the beautiful panoramic portico, where you can relax and enjoy a guided tasting of the estate’s wines in a peaceful and elegant setting.
The tasting is accompanied by homemade extra virgin olive oil served with bread and traditional sbrisolona cake.
Guests may also choose to enhance the experience by adding a platter of local cured meats and cheeses.
